Our MissionCrooked River Ranch Community Development Organization Welcome to the Crooked River Ranch Community Development Organization's (CDO) Website. This is an amazing time at Crooked River Ranch, and we welcome your participation and input into our exciting projects. The objectives of the CDO are multi-faceted. They are: a. To enhance the economic, infrastructure, social and educational environment of the Crooked River Ranch community. b. To assist in efforts to provide a high quality of life for all its citizens. c. To generate local, public and private partnerships in the creation of community-based programs and projects. D. To work with individuals, groups and governmental entities to plan, finance and complete projects which will be of benefit to the local community. This will include, but not be limited to, serving low and moderate income families and individuals, youth, seniors and other groups' needs for community and economic development and community self help. The CDO was formed in 2003 as a 501c3 non profit organization under the jurisdiction of the State of Oregon. It currently has a 15 member Board of Directors. Board members serve for two years, and can be re-elected. The primary focus of the CDO at this time is to build a community center at Crooked River Ranch. Other projects include parks and infrastructure and improved livability for all residents.
